Sarah Spencer

Sarah Spencer CBE is chair of the Equality and Diversity Forum, the network of equality and human rights organisations, and Associate Director of the Centre on Migration, Policy and Society at the University of Oxford. She is a former Deputy Chair of the Commission for Racial Equality and former Director of Liberty. Sarah was a member of the government taskforce on the Equality and Human Rights Commission, its taskforce on the Human Rights Act and task group on Gypsies and Travellers. She is a Visiting Professor at the Human Rights Centre, University of Essex and has published widely on equality and migration issues.
